Ok, ok, how it works is you refer someone through Hive to a business who is advertising on Hive and the person you refer buys something from the referred Hive business Hive charges that business 2% of the total sale as part of the advertising subscription agreement. Once you and the person you referred complete your individual reviews for that transaction you each get 50% of money Hive charged the business on the transaction. That is the Hive promise. Hive does not make money on the transaction charges only on the advertising subscriptions.
The Hive promise to businesses is that Hive pays 100% of the proceeds from sales transactions charges to the referring and referred parties (meaning all the loot from converted leads ends up in the pockets of the people creating leads and sales).
The Hive promise to the SWARM - sign up businesses for a subscription with your individual referral code and every month that company pays their subscription Hive will pay you 20% of the subscription fee collected each month for as long as the business remains current and in the Hive.
How that works is you show the business decision maker the application, get them to agree to sign up through the application you are showing them, and get them to enter your individual referral code. Once they complete the sign up and pay their subscription fee Hive will send the loot to your user account. Bang Bang residual income to you and now that business is ready to start receiving referrals from the SWARM.
